The lady I spoke with on the phone was rude and told me she was "doing three things at once" and therefore didn't have time to give me much information. I called back and though she put me on hold the call was answered by a helpful man who gave me forms of payment accepted, when I asked. There were two men when I went to pick up the vehicle, and though not terribly friendly, they were competent and did their job. It's not their fault the car got towed.

If I could give them a 0 star I would. The "lady" working here is extremely rude. I came 3 times before and dealt with the big man sitting closest to the window with a pony tail and had no problem he answered all my questions politely. The "lady" was who I dealt with this final time when i came to get my car out. She had the worst attitude im currently sitting at their "parking lot" waiting for police because they denied to give me my car.

The people is very rude. I want to know who the owner is. They made me go out get my own car in the dark and rain. I had to use my alarm to find my car. A female shouldn't have to walk back in all that mud. My experience with them was terrible. I think they charged way too much. My car was only there for four hours. I give them a ----0

They towed my daughter's car and the guy who towed the car left with the key's to the car. We asked the people in the office if they had the key's and said no so we asked them to call a wreaker service to unlock the car. They did but, they also called the guy who took off w the keys. We spent $40. more with the people in the office knowing we didn't to because they knew someone else had my daughter's key's. Becareful or these people will rip you off.

This place should be ashamed. They towed my friends truck memorial day at 2 in the morning. Which yep, on holidays tow trucks are always wolves looking for sheep. They said there wasn't a tag on the truck to park in my apartments even though I PERSPNALLY put the tag on the dash and had them park in a visitor section. When we went to get the truck that was LOCKED on Sunday night guess what? It was unlocked and the visitor tag was gone. These people are thieves and I will be contacting someone about them. My apartments should be ashamed they even use these sorry people.
