Absolutely most incredibly horrifying customer service I have ever experienced. They are unclear about prices in releasing your vehicle, so you will end up paying more than other places. They don’t know what a copy of a policy from your insurance is, so the process of releasing your vehicle delays since they do not have the ability to read. If you ask them to hire you a tow truck their “referral” onto towing your vehicle will never show up.

This place reminds me of that bad movie The Hills Have Eyes. It's creepy, dusty, and you can't see the individuals that you have to deal with if your car gets towed because the nasty little window is so blacked out and scratched up you can't see who's behind it. Not to mention the dead bugs and the nasty smell of very stale cigarette smoke that permeates the entire area. Just a gross, gross place. Super hard to locate as well because there are no direct driveways to the place. And no large signs or directions. If you should be so unfortunate to have your car towed, then be sure to have your ID and a camera ready. I don't recommend going alone because the location is isolated and not in a great place.

Not a pretty place but if you've worked in this industry you'd understand these workers are only doing what they can to help. They really are not responsible for damage to your car they work inside not out in the yard. They helped me get my car out quick and nothing was stolen out so I appreciate them for doing what no one else wants to do.. WORK @ AN IMPOUND!!

The girl here is extremely rude!!!!!! I asked her a simple yes or no question and she got an attitude with me. According to her, she is the manager. I asked for her name and she said it was Mia

So after receiving my car back after less than 10 hours in their possession I had money missing from inside the car along with electronics. I have filed a police report with the office who searched the car before it was towed by masters towing. The officer said he remembered all the stuff in the car in the spots they were in before it left. The car was also covered in mud on the inside and was left unlocked with the keys inside. I will be taking them to court at this point for my stolen property so I would suggest anyone else that has so much of a penny taken while in their care to speak up. Also they were rude and almost impossible to deal with.. I'm dealing with Jersey village police on this matter.
