AAA Storage NW Freeway

An excellent facility!!! My husband and I are very happy renting from AAA Storage NW freeway. Not only is the facility well maintained but Sarah (on-site manager) has been nothing but wonderful. She is always friendly, helpful and most of all professional. I highly recommend this location.

A great facility. Superior customer service is the norm here. The manager Sarah was helpful and knowledgeable in assisting with determining my storage need. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for additional storage space.

This location has been awesome to us! We just signed all of the paperwork today and are extremely happy with everything. The representative mentioned in a different review(Ms.Sarah) is super nice, and made sure we got an awesome rate. On the topic of rate though, I accidentally went to the wrong storage facility with my reservation and they were shocked at the rate, and said they couldn’t even get close to that, saying their cheapest unit was $20 more a month, and they couldn’t lock in the rate, it would only be for 3 months. This storage facility gave no limit for my rate, and has truly been great. I will definitely be recommending this location to anyone who needs a storage unit.

Sarah was great. She was helpful , explained everything clearly & quickly and everything she told me over the phone was exactly the same once I got there!

Sarah is always so helpful and always resolves issues and effectively answers my questions. I always feel listened to and helped. She is very friendly each time I visit!
