It's an impound lot, how great can it be? I certainly wouldn't say I loved it, but I've been to worse. They were fast, they had a decent attitude, they didn't cuss me or anyone else out, they had their rates clearly posted on the wall so there was no b.s. about hidden fees or other such nonsense. All in all, a decent experience.

now, I understand the process of towing. I have had my car towed twice before. What I don’t appreciate about this place is the fact that I not only showed up, but after paying the correct amount to receive my car back they had parked a car in front of me, and “tried” to call the owner to come pick it up. My issue with that was: how did they even know that the owner had money to pick up the car today? How did they know the owner was even prepared to pick up the car? This is poor service, and after I have done my part I feel that a tow truck company should do theirs, and release the car properly instead of trying to up charge on the spot. Horrible place!

These mf can suck my right ass cheek . 230 i had to pay to get my car our of the tow because my parking permit wasn't visible when Ik I had that mf in my car . Then wouldn't release the car to me I had to call my grandmother to get it out. Then wouldn't let me retrieve something out my car when I came up there early that day & the other lady let me go back there . They dumb af , & i hope the place BURNSSSSS down .

My truck was towed from a place where the tow away sign is not visible. My son was driving it and he had parked in the same spot before. More than $200 for about 2 hrs of having my truck, which is an outrageous amount of money. The lady did not provide change, so she kept it. They exist to take advantage of people.

These are the lowest of the low people. What white trash. And the young “dude” with “Punk Rock” tattooed on top of his fingers was King Jerk. So sad that they went beyond the pale in proving the sterotype of these tow and storage places being populated by society’s scum. My 72-year-old friend had just gotten out of the hospital, and we were there to pick up her car after the police had it towed for their concern about cognitive issues. The young jerk was rude, crude, and disrespectful. He refused to do anything to help my friend, including purposely taking his time, not giving pertinent information, and making her stand the entire time we were there. Unbelievable that these type of people can make a living giving this kind of disservice and meanness.
