Howl at the Moon Boston

Me and my friends dubbed this one of the best night club in Boston - and our go-to place for girls night. There are 2 levels. The upstairs area where they play live music. The atmosphere is usually different than the downstairs, where it's more like your typical night club. If you can get there before the crowd, you can usually get the best of both worlds for one cover - just remember to get your stamp at each floor.

It's a great place to have fun and drinks with your party or yourself. The reason I gave it four star is because the last time I went to the club, right after I and my party paid to enter the club we where told that in other for us to go downstairs to the dance hall we had to go out of the club stand in another line and take another entrance, with the checking of ID processing again.. (outside was cold😙) I'm not sure if this is a one time thing, because it wasn't like that before. I'll probably change my rating if I go there and it's like it use to but nevertheless great place with great music. Overall you pay 10bucks some nights, for students some nights it's 5 bucks. If you win a random selection thingy, it will be free for whoever or whatever number of people you invited. 👍

BAD AND RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOT SUGGESTED, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME: The bartender had an attitude. She didn't take my order at first since I was sitting on the table. Since we wanted pay one by one I wanted to order mine from the bar. Even though the bartender heard me very well, she did not care what I am saying and took order of others. After waiting 15 min, my friend came and order his drinks and I ordered one more time since I didn't get mine. I left 0$ tip because she didn't deserve any. After my first drink, I went to get my other drink and she told me I had enough. What an attitude! Since she didn't get any tip, she thought she is the one decides my drinks. I talked with the manager of this bar and he even didn't listen what I am saying. Exactly what the manager should do! And I had enough drink with one drink all night as their decision. Will never come here again and let my friends know about it for sure. 5 star hospitality presented by the bartender and the manager?!

Fun time! Good music. Pretty big college/post-college crowd. Lots of bachelorette and birthday parties. Was hard to see the musicians since there were so many people standing on the stage, but that added to the festive atmosphere.

This place is a great alternative to a traditional club. The band is really great, and the crowd is very energetic. Even early in the evening! Unlike other places that don't get busy until 11pm. Great bar, free food between 6-8pm some nights. Make sure you sign up to win a party!
