Great customer service. They are not at all over bearing so looking at rings made it fun and enjoyable instead of overwhelming. Unlike other places, they have other services for the rings at NO EXTRA COST ( like sizing, shining, or replacing lost diamonds). They make you feel welcomed from the get go. Highly recommended!! Even if you're not planning on buying soon, I recommend checking them out.

Took in a few designs for an engagement ring, and Jordan spent time to understand the look and research options. The end result is the perfect cut and sized diamond in a setting that is a combination of classic and modern. Thank you Jordan! We are very happy with our choice to go to HPerry Jewelers for our engagement ring. We have and will continue to use them for all of our jewelers needs. I have worked with the staff on many things from sizing a watch to designing ear rings and necklaces from repurposed stones. The whole staff is friendly and make you feel like your needs are top priority.

Sales persons are very nice and honest. Jewelry is of high quality and the price tags match, which is to be expected. To get quality, it will cost but the sales people are honest and don’t try to up sell you.

I always get great customer service from HPerry Jewelers every time I walk into their shop! Their jewelers are wonderful and always do an amazing job whether they are repairing a piece of jewelry or creating a custom piece for me! Their whole staff go above and beyond to be very accommodating. A wonderful place to go for ALL of your jewelry needs!

Everyone here was amazing, especially Jordan! My ring was designed better than I could have ever imagined. The ring was made quickly and beautifully. They also kept me updated on every step of the process.
