Absolutely love my ring! It is a show stopper! The buying experience was very pleasant. I had to have my ring sized. It was well done. You can’t tell that it has been touched. Two of the small diamonds have come out, but have been very quickly repaired. It is beautiful!!

I was recommended this jeweler by another store inside the mall. Both ladies were very friendly and helpful. They have beautiful pieces on display, and they change watch batteries (which was my reason for visiting), and they do repairs with a jeweler on site! This is my new go-to jeweler! They also mentioned they have wish lists available!

The staff was fantastic! My father passed away and he left my sons a lot of pocket watchs and clocks. I took them all there and had them cleaned, one repaired very professionally and new batteries put in them. Was cheaper than I expected and I will go back.

I have two Michael Kors watches. I have purchased lifetime watches for both. The first one they didn’t have it in the system. They gave me a card but I have misplaced it! The second one they had it in the system. Yesterday evidently I needed the first one repaired. It was not in the system. Valerie spoke to a gentleman in charge and they knew I was telling the truth. They updated the system and did not charge me for my battery replacement! Thank you for knowing my heart and that I am an honest person! I offered to purchase another one but they told me it was okay!
