Huddle House

I've had good meals here and not so good. I've had great service here and not so great. Today was the best meal and best service ever. Kelsey was our waitress (she always gives great customer service). I had the Ranch platter w/country fried steak and my wife had the Smokehouse platter. We were both happy with our meals and quite full when we left.

Update... Still love this place. Great food and great people. Love this place. Most of the time service is quick for drinks and orders. The food is always top notch. I am more than pleasantly surprised how often I have no complaints at all as the food is nearly always spot on.

Service was great! We went here for breakfast. Excellent waffles.

Placed a to-go order at 6:30. Husband went to pick it up at 6:40 (was told 15 minutes wait) at 7:30 my husband was STILL sitting in the restaurant waiting for a TO-GO order.... They claimed a cook walked out (my husband saw no one leave) and the young lady was snarky when confronted by my mother for the hour wait. When she told the lady to give my husband back his money, and she didn't want the food the girl literally snatched the food out of his hand, threw it away and claims she credit our card. Not a single I'm sorry, here have it on us since you waited an extra 45 minutes for it, NOTHING. The night shift of this restaurant is horrid and it's no wonder the business is going down.
