Stella's Kentucky Deli

Stella's is a great local sandwich shop that you have to check out while you are in Lexington. The locally sourced food is great. They really do prepare all of their own food. They also have some of the best pies in Lexington. Brought some family here when they visited and they loved it.

My hubs and I stopped in for our first visit and WOW what a treat. I had the hot brown that was amazing and perfect size. Hubs loved his Carne Burrito, said it was definitely quality ingredients! ( He would know being an Executive Chef). We were warmly welcomed by Aumaine, whom we found out was one of the owners, and was very accommodating. In reading a few of the other reviews where some guests like to offer their so called suggestions ex, serving sizes, potato chips and bun could be bigger cracked me up. Everyone loves to be a critic! I suggest an all day buffet for them.

Great little local sandwich/soup/dessert spot. Food is good and locally sourced, wait staff pleasant.
