The service department was a pleasure to work with. I do not own a Kia and they treated me better than the service department where I normally have to take my car. I need tires ASAP and they were able to get them fast and for a very good price(Michelin tires at that).. I will definitely be back!

I’ve worked with Michael and his amazing team to purchase a total of three vehicles for The Arc Macon, along with regular maintenance visits. I’ve been extremely pleased with the smooth process and courteous staff members! If you’re in the market for a new or gently used vehicle or just need a reliable place for your maintenance needs, I’d definitely recommend the folks at Hutchinson Kia!

Great customer service by Megan, Becky and Patricia. Very pleased and will def be back! Beats driving all the way to Perry at Jeff Smith Kia. Much faster service thats for sure! Thanks Ladies for getting me in an out in now time.

The car buying experience was a pleasure, the sales and finance department were friendly and eager to help. I have not needed the service department yet, so I hope they are as good as the sales department. I will definitely be returning to buy my next car.

I recently had a flat tire on the interstate. It was late, around 5:30 or so. I called the service department to see if they could help me out and they very much obliged. They stayed after they closed and waited for my car to arrive and replaced my tire. I was very stressed because I was going on a trip to Tennessee and thought I was going to be stranded for the night but Beckie, the service manager, and Steve, the mechanic were so helpful!! I can’t say enough good things about this service department. I live in Locust Groce and I think I’ll be taking my car here from now on for any car needs!! A+++
