I never leave reviews on anything- However, this was BY FAR the most painless car purchase (yes, there is such a thing) I have ever made. Andy Mason completely exceeded my expectations by providing excellent customer service, honesty, professionalism and swayed my negative perception of most "car salesman". Bravo He knew all of the vehicle’s features which is big deal to me, was able to answer all of my questions, was very patient and polite & willing to hustle and put in the leg work to get me the right deal. I also enjoyed working with Larry Joiner. He was friendly, knowledgeable, to the point, and able to get us in and out of there in no time!

Dexter is a great individual & is great at what he does. You can very easily tell by his character that helping people is his priority. By being his customer, he shows you good hospitality from the time you walk in to the time you walk out. Being a salesman is not just his job but his passion. I am very happy with my purchase. He made sure I got a quality vehicle that best fits me & I couldn't be more appreciative of him. Overall, my experience was excellent and the staff played a big part in making sure I got the car I desired. Thank you, Youmans Chevrolet. Thank you, Dexter!

Last month I purchased a Malibu Premier at Youmans Chevrolet and I must say that this was the best car shopping experience ever! The salesman, Andy Mason was very knowledgeable and he was able to answer any questions I had about warranties and explained all the new safety features to me. The fact that he was so helpful and attentive without the pushiness gave me the peace of mind to purchase my vehicle from Youmans Chevrolet. I would highly recommend Youmans to family and friends and would most certainly convince them to seek out Andy Mason as their salesperson.

If you are familiar with cars, this is the place to go. Their online catalog is very precise and honest about each particular car they have on the lot. If your wish to be sold on a car, they can do that to. Their prices are reasonable, not great, not bad, but reasonable. Don’t expect to go their to receive the deal of the year but they will definitely get you in the car you want at a good price. The one bad part about this dealership is that their service department is closed on the weekend. Overall, a solid 4 star dealership!

I usually have a hard time trusting mechanics because most can just tell you you have something wrong and it wasn’t even that in the first place and I get that untrustworthy feeling from this place. Since I have to put a 1 on here I will say everytime I call usually a woman comes on and I wish I knew her name but she is very nice. They never have a courtesy vehicle when they are going to have our car for at least a week. Or any amount of time actually. I also know we pay a ton of money to them and it’s a little outrageous. Recently just took it in to see what was wrong with my AC and they concluded it was my fan clutch and belt(that’s fine). But when they said it was going to be almost 900$ for it so I freaked. Called my dad who is an experienced mechanic down in Florida and asked his advice. The two parts I needed I could get for 70$ & 39$. So you are telling me you are going to charge me almost 800$ for labor?? We took our vehicle back and still had to pay the 120$ diagnostic charge. The next day my coolant light came on and after I added some, now my AC works fine. Thanks Youmans.
