Today 4/10/2018 I came to Auto Gallery and was immediately welcomed by Mr.Kevin Skinner, with the brightest smile. Sighhh... breath of fresh air, it's been a long morning! He asked me what I was looking for and I gave him a price, he then showed me my options and Wala I found my car. Somewhere along the line of car insurance I became so discouraged ready to say bump it but I kid you not the whole team was on it I swear I've never been so appreciative in my life. I'm so happy to have found them they are truely the best!

This place has cars with high mileage incredibly overpriced. If you show them the Kelly Blue Book Value on certain cars they will disregard your comments. If I were to buy a car from here, I would definitely have a third party examine the car before purchasing. Lastly, never go through their banks. They would not tell me the interest they were trying to screw me with nor the total pay off amount. Then when I found out what they were, the loan was three times the amount of the said vehicle as well as an insane interest rate for my credit score. Avoid at all cost.

It was my first experience buying a car from a dealership. I found some minor issues (missing light bulb, a flat tire), but Reggie agreed to fix everything right away and I took home a lovely FIAT Gucci. Reggie was very friendly and professional. I was afraid to sign all these papers, but Kristina was very open and answered my questions. Thank you guys a lot!

It was a two (2) day process, and I dealt primarily with a saleswoman by the name of India. I will say that she stayed engaged from start to finish, and ensured that my experience was smooth and enjoyable. She was patient and very diligent when it came to locating quality vehicles that fit my specific criteria. She was very helpful and detailed in selling the pros and cons of each vehicle. Once I narrowed my selection to 4 cars, she handed it over to Kristina and the Sales Manager (Eric). Kristina really worked the phones for securing approval with the financing companies, keeping my down payment relatively low and my monthly payments reasonable. Eric sealed the deal and did an excellent job in stressing the value of the comprehensive warranty. Overall, I enjoyed my experience with them, and left very pleased to have done business.
