What a wonderful experience! Don't usually associate that with buying a new car! First time I wasn't sure what kind of vehicle I wanted. Ricky Meadows was very patient with me and really listened to what my needs were. Didn't go back for several weeks and when I did, he not only remembered me but everything I had told him I needed in a car. He was very patient and never, ever pressured me. All in all, I went there 3 times and finally purchased a great car for a great price. They gave me exactly what I wanted for my trade-in and worked with me to get the price where I wanted it to be. Very accommodating, professional and courteous. I will definitely be buying all of our cars there. Thank you, Ricky, Craig and Sonny!

Got a Honda CR-V from this location and I must say I really enjoyed my experience and service that I received from my salesman Sean Allen and also from Eric the financial manager. I felt comfortable with the decision making and not rushed into anything at all... I will recommend you to everyone. Thank you for great service!

I recently purchased a used Honda Fit. Overall, I am satisfied with the purchase, but there are a couple of buyer bewares on their used cars:
1. Honda Certified doesn't mean anything. On the car I looked at I found the skid plate under the vehicle was significantly damaged and actually being held on by a zip tie. No, seriously, this $500 part which protects the entire underside of this low sitting car from damage and which, if it came off, could cause significant damage to the entire underside of the car on its way out was secured by a zip tie (a small, temporary piece of plastic used to generally hold electrical wire bundles together). I spoke to the mechanic that had done the Honda Certified inspection and he said he had decided to use a $0.25 zip tie instead of the $500 replacement part. So, basically, these guys are cheap and they WILL sell you a car with serious defects held on by the equivalent of duct tape. However, when pressed, they agreed to take the cost of the part off my purchase price, so hey, I can make sure it gets fixed the right way by ordering the part myself and taking it to someone I can actually trust.
2. Don't use the mechanic they recommend (the Firestone right down the street). These guys didn't even notice the skid plate damage, they took forever, and frankly, they charge $10. You aren't getting a real inspection for that. Waste of time and well, not a lot of money at least. They also didn't have any comments on the unusual engine noise I specifically asked for feedback on.

I leased a Pilot here last week and had an incredible experience. After working with several dealers/brands I walked in on a Fri evening. Stacy White and Johan helped me right away, quickly assessed what I needed to see/hear (and what I didn’t) and jumped in. We worked out a deal with the utmost professionalism and ease and I left that night in a beautiful car. The entire team was friendly, pleasant, high integrity and low key which I appreciate. I am a working single mom with little time - this was my first time negotiating a car deal and I felt very comfortable and didn’t have to deal with any haggling. If you’re in the market for a Honda come here and ask for the dream team guys- Stacy or Johan!

Absolutely fantastic service! They really pulled out all the stops to match our price point and gave us an amazing deal. We went to several other Honda dealers and none of them could come down to the price we were looking for. All the staff here are super friendly and we were very well taken care of. I highly recommend buying a car here. :)
