Mall of Georgia Mazda

My husband and I visited the dealership last night to view a truck. We had called the day prior to make an appointment to test drive the truck and have our trade-in evaluated as we were pretty prepared to purchase. Sam helped us and he was AMAZING! He was helpful, took his time, patient (I'm pretty picky) and understanding. He listened to what we had to say, and was so helpful on delivering on exactly what we wanted. It's refreshing to work with a sales associate that isn't pushy and cares to service the customer instead of make a commission. GREAT experience! We'll be back again!

After living overseas for 17 years, my husband and I went to the Mall of Georgia Mazda to purchase our first car in the States. I was very leary about the daunting task. But, we met Joana De Morales and she was AMAZING. She was so personable and went above and beyond to make sure we got the right car. She even took us to 2 other dealerships! We were there for 5 hours, she was so patient. We finally picked the perfect car and are so excited about our purchase. Nicole, the Sales Manager, was so sweet, you couldn't help but like her. Dwayne, who did all our paperwork was so funny. Honestly, the whole staff was great and very nice. Our car buying experience was so different than 17 years ago. Thank you so much!

I was recently in the market for a new car so i went up to the mall of Georgia area to test drive different models from different dealerships. When I went to Mazda for a test drive I met Canon Smith who was far and away the best salesperson I had met that day. Canon was knowledgeable about the vehicles and provided great insight on the differences between packages. Canon made such an impression on me that even though I have a Mazda dealership closer to my house when i finally decided to make a purchase I felt it was important to buy from Canon. It was truly a great experience.

I have been in the process of buying a car for a few months now and I have dealt with some very pushy salesmen who have made my decision to not buy from them very easy. I then walked into mall of Georgia Mazda and was greeted by Canon smith who is a great guy he really took the time to find out what I wanted and got me a great deal, I would highly recommend using Mazda and if you do ask for Canon he will really take care of you. Also to top it off the sales manager Gary came to say hi and it turns out he is also from Scotland and he too is a great guy with great customer service skills, he is also going to take me fishing on his boat which I am thoroughly pleased about. If I could give 6 stars I would this place is the best dealership I have visited by far.

We had a great experience!!! Our sales person was Greg Ray , awesome guy very professional. I came into Mazda thinking that I was not going to be able to trade my 2012 Ford Fusion that had a hundred and sixty-seven thousand miles on it for a used car, but after spending only 4 hours here I am driving out of the dealership with a brand new 2018 Mazda 3 I couldn't believe it I finally got out of a buy here pay here. Only $180 more on top of what I was already paying for the Ford Fusion but given the fact that it is a brand new car I think I got a really good deal. Thank you so much Mazda Mall of Georgia team for helping me go further. Zoom Zoom!
