Jim Ellis Buick GMC Mall of Georgia

I love going to Jim Ellis, first of all the customer service is impeccable. My family has purchased multiple cars from Jim Ellis, since 2011 and each time the experience has been GREAT! The staff is so friendly from the person that you meet at the front desk, the sales staff and the finance manager. My experience with my sales person Randall was Awesome. He was very, very nice and possessed a kind welcoming spirit. He made my daughter and I feel quite comfortable while we waited to complete the deal. We felt right at home as always. He called me to follow up to ensure that I was satisfied with my vehicle. I value the service that I receive when I go to Jim Ellis. I highly recommend Jim Ellis.

After a long search for a car and countless dealership visits, Jim Ellis Mall of GA was a breath of fresh air. My sales consultant, John Harrison, was awesome, straight forward, and helpful. In finance, Jasmine was a pleasure to work with. She worked super hard to make sure I was happy and comfortable with my purchase. John and Jasmine both may deserve some sort of trophy. I can be a tall order at times. I also had the pleasure of working with Fred in finance. He was quick, friendly and most of all, very helpful. I highly recommend doing business with any and all of these individuals. They each went over and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.

Randall waited for me late in the evening and worked with me through 10:30pm while we worked through my sale. Total time was about a 2 hour process. I had already found the vehicle I wanted online, he had it in the basement waiting when I arrived for me to look at. Very friendly service and followed up with me a week later to make sure everything was good. I do appreciate the level of service!

I had come in for a tire rotation and oil change. The time it took was very commendable and Chris Stout has always been very helpful and knowledgeable with any questions I might have. The whole staff has always been great and I won't go to any other GMC dealership because of the professionalism and pride that everyone offers.

I worked with Morris Walker, who kept me informed over several weeks about a used car that I was interested in. I never felt pressured to purchase, and Morris did everything he could to help me test drive the car, take it to my mechanic, and get a very fair price. The negotiation process was simple and hassle-free. I'm thankful to have worked with Morris and the team at Jim Ellis.
