I came in with a couple cars selected from their online inventory in mind. My sales rep quickly brought one of them around for a test drive, let me direct the conversation, and when I called later that evening with an offer, helped get it done in short order. The finance guy was happily very responsive to my lack of interest in extras, and didn't push, unlike many of the finance guys I've encountered over the years. Overall, it may have been the best new car buying experience I've had. And I've had many.

We came here to buy my son's first car. While everyone we dealt with was great, we give extra kudos to Dennis who was top notch. He took his time with us and really helped us through the process. He made my son feel like a VIP. One the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Thank you!

Once again I experienced the professional service and courtesy at AutoNation Hyundai that I have come to expect for the past 6 years. Harrison Byard wrote up the shop order and kept me updated on the work status. He is very knowledgeable, personable and strives to go above and beyond what is expected. The waiting room is always well appointed, bright and clean. The time went by quickly and the Santa Fe performs almost as new.

The entire process took several hours. It was much longer than we had hoped for, and had actually requested a day in advance for things to be prepared as much as possible so that we could get the process handled as quickly as possible. (We had a 14 month old with us.) Everyone was very nice, but it was well over 4 hours from start to finish. We are very happy with the purchase, just disappointed in the amount of time it actually took to handle everything.
