Icare Optical

Most of the staff are friendly and professional, as to be expected, which is why I am giving two stars. But after needing to remake my lenses twice, I still can't see correctly out of them. They are progressives and while the distance is okay, the reading and mid-area (which I need for computer work) are not. I addressed my concerns and was told I just "need to get used to them." After wearing for a week straight, I got tired of the headaches and went back to my old pair. I wasted a lot of money on cute frames with useless lenses. I will not be back and will continue to pass this on to others via word of mouth. P.S. I have been wearing glasses for more than three decades and have never needed more than a day or two to get used to them. Honestly, most new glasses I have purchased have been great within minutes of adjusting to them.

The care was great during my eye exam and I got prescription glasses but I feel like I still can't see much of anything and I told the doctor that but he just kind of dismissed it.

Great customer service. Never pressuring to buy anything. I enjoyed being able to take my time and pick out glasses without being sold up. I was so impressed with the service, I have now taken my entire family.
