I never ever write reviews, but my experience here was so bad that I have to warn others: This office has the worst customer service I've ever experienced from a healthcare provider! They're incredibly rude, don't listen, and make you feel like an idiot. I've had to ask for a manager to help resolve an issue. Thought I could get somewhere with her, but when I recently called back to follow up on a contact lens order, I was met with the same attitude the rest of the staff has. Standing at another eye care provider’s office, I FINALLY reached someone who was pleasant and professional; I’m sure that’s only because the admin from my new doctor’s office was trying to help and spoke to this office first. I will never spend another dime or second of my time here. I should clarify that the doctor was pleasant and friendly, but because of the attitude from the staff you can bet I will tell everyone I know to avoid this place. There are too many friendly offices out there that actually care about customer service and their patients!

Really super friendly! Fast service in and out. :) I haven't had such luck with such experience in years!

Dr. Thompson was really great with my 7 year old son. The whole office was very friendly and patient with my son. Thank you!

We love Dr. Baylock! Highly recommend him. He's great with kids and takes time to explain everything.
