The Frame Joint

BOTH TIMES we were told ONE week for our son's frames and both times took longer on frames that are supposed to be "unbreakable". They'll tell you when you put half down it shouldn't be longer than 5-7 days and when you call to check if your frames are ready they tell you it's 7-10 days. The first time it was 3 weeks. :-(

Extremely sweet staff. They directed me straight to the section that my insurance covered so I wasn't completely lost. After giving my kiddos and I a few minutes to try on pairs they came over and let me know what to look for as they tried them are - they are 8 and 6 so a little more difficult to make them happy. Once my kiddos picked out a couple pair the very knowledgeable gentleman let my kiddos know that either pair looked perfect and it was up to them. He let them choose and that made them feel very important. I appreciate y All very much!

She has 90 Pedeatric frames all covered under Medicaid. She has over 18 years experience and is the nicest lady I have ever met!! Highly recommended!!!

I had a great experience here today. We found out our 4 year old son will be needing glasses. We shopped around a few other places previously and just didn't seem to love anything. Since this is our first experience with anything glasses related, it was important to me that I not be pressured into buying anything and have the person helping us be patient. At The Frame Joint, they went above and beyond my expectations and had a great selection of frames. We were able to get our son very reasonably priced glasses and the woman helping us is very knowledgeable. She even helped with my son when he became cranky with trying on so many pairs. To top it off, she even called me after to let me know was able to find a smaller size for my son because I had knowingly chosen a pair that was just a tad too big. I appreciate all of her help and most of all her patience. I am so glad we came here and can't wait to receive our son's new specs!

I've always had a really great experience with The Frame Joint. We've used them for my daughter's glasses for about 3 years including all the times we've needed repairs (which we end up making quite a few visits for). The owner has always been friendly, kind, and helpful.
