Horrible customer service. We were given the wrong carry-out but didn't notice until we had left already, granted we should have checked but none the less it was still the wrong order. Upon returning we brought the food back to exchange for our actual order, the head manager of the restaurant tried to blame this mistake completely on us. Saying that it was now 2 mistakes instead of 1 because the other person that ordered didn't want the wrong order, and chastised us for not checking our food before we left. It was rude and uncalled for, anywhere else would have handled that so much better. We weren't angry, screaming, or throwing things. We understood it was a mistake on both parties, were polite and weren't demanding anything special. Never eating here again.

Service is always good but a couple things I have noticed after visiting a few times.. the soup you get with hibachi is very salty.. a little too much. There are a lot of onions in the vegetables. I am an onion fan, but it could be toned down. And lastly, they are a bit stingy with the yum yum sauce! We always recieve a bit of a sour face from the waitress when we ask for extra for our left overs. We like going here but it seems they are cutting some corners to save $ and it is impacting the taste of the food.

Love the theatrics at the hibachi grill...depending on which chef you get of course but most are entertaining. The food is great and very reasonably priced. Oftentimes you can find a coupon on Groupon which saves a bunch on dinner.

I’ve been coming to this place for years, I loved it, and it was the only place I wanted sushi from in the area. It’s been about 6 months since my last visit and I’m really saddened by the experience I had tonight. The wait staff was snappy and kind of rude. The food was so bland and tasted as if the rice had been prepared last week, and gave me a stomachache. I don’t know what’s changed in the past few months, Ichiban, but change it back.

I picked up a take out order, they game me a slip to sign that said nothing about the contents of the orders, just the price outline. Upon arriving home, we found that the orders was someone esls and nothing close to ours. I called the store and said I was on my way back up and to tell them of the situation so they didn't give the other person our order. I get there and not only did they not seem apologetic at all, the manager told me the other person didn't want their food anymore and then alluded to the whole thing being my fault and that I cost him money. We paid the difference and left, and we will never return.
