"After hours" is any where after 4pm. So if you have any type of emergency from very minor to extreme, you have to check in at the "walk- in" clinic located my the er. You get checked in and depending on how "bad" it is you'll get seen sooner, but if it's minor you'll be waiting a loooooooong time. A friend broke his toe and we waited 4- 6 hours. Lost exact count, because we got tired of waiting and really hungry, we actually took a nap and still hadn't been called. On the other hand if of your wanting to do a "walk- in" for anything like dental, eye check, seeing a doctor, you might have to get there between 6 or 7 just to be seen that same day and offices open between 8 and 8:30. The breakfast burritos in the cafeteria (on the lower level is open to the public) cost 3$ they are good. As for waiting for the pharmacy. Its a 45min - 1hr 30min wait depending on how busy it is. I'd just wait, last time I had to pick up a prescription for my dad I had to wait an hour.
