It used to be a whole lot worse. Its gotten slightly better, friendlier staff/receptionist/nurses. Wait time still needs work. Been here over 2 hours and 3 people who came after I was here were seen 1st. One didnt even look sick.

This place suxxxxxs big time idiot employees u wait thousands an thousands of minutes you need to up grade your hospital an hire people who want to work not lazy an mean people

One of the worst medical centers I have been too, they will rush you out and misdiagnose. They are literally letting people die and the staff has the attitude of a giraffe with a broken neck. Would not recommend if you can afford go to Rehoboth or somewhere they will take your time and health seriously

THIS HOSPITAL NEEDS TO UPGRADE ITS STAFF... I WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH THEM. THERE IS ALWAYS A LONG WAIT BEFORE YOU SEEN.. I UNDERSTAND NOW THERE ARE SOME CONTRACT DOCTORS AND NURSES FROM OUT OF STATE IN THIS FACILITY.

My wife had to go there at 2:00 am in the morning from the hotel while visiting Gallup.  The staff was very good to us.  We had no problems.
