I went in to the ER downtown with a shoulder injury and they took great care of me! Everyone I dealt with was super friendly, they seemed like they genuinely cared and didn't rush me when I was explaining my symptoms. They even got me back quickly and went above and beyond with helping me to recover. Keep up the fabulous work!!!

I took my daughter to Pres Main on a very busy Friday evening. She probably could have been seen at an Urgent Care facility, but you need an appointment at Pres Urgent Care and we sure did not plan for my daughter to get hurt. The wait was long, however the staff and nurses were great. They helped comfort my daughter who was very nervous and in pain. The doctor was kind and very thorough. My daughter had a full recovery and was excited to share her emergency room story to her classmates. I strongly believe the changes made by administrators have created major problems in the ER. Just observing I would guess more than half of the patients being seen in the ER could have been treated at urgent care. This is pulling resources away from patients who are truly in an emergency situation. Thank you doctors and staff for handling this crazy change handed down to you by administrators who obviously do not have a clue, and only see $$ signs. Pres please reevaluate your Urgent Care process. The changes you have made are not in the best interest of patient care and safety.

Staff has been taking wonderful care of my daughter during her inpatient stay! Thank you for trying so diligently to find the answer to what's wrong, and help her feel better! You've been a blessing during this rough time!

I had to go in a few months ago for an ectopic surgery and they really took care of me. All of the staff was very helpful and very sympathetic to my situation. I did have to wait in the room for a while before surgery for the on call doctor to show but other than that it was good

This hospital is amazing! I had my little girl on the 16th in Socorro. They almost killed my daughter by shooting an air bubble into her leg and she got jaundice, they refused to light treat her. They messed up my epidural badly and blew me off, refused my blood patch. My daughter was rushed to the NICU at this location and they were amazing with her. They got her healthy and back to her peppy self. They were so kind and understanding. They even provided us a room, so we could be with her, since we lived all the way in TorC. They also performed my blood patch and corrected the damage that was caused. I highly recommend this hospital and truly wish we had had our entire birthing experience here! Great work everyone!!!!!
