Indian Creek Recreation Area

This is a beautiful park. We came in January so the park was pretty empty, a few weekend campers and empty during the week. There is no sewer but two dump stations in the park. Bathrooms seem to be far away from the sites. There are many waterfront sites. We stayed at 54 with had water access as well as lots of land in the front of our RV with unobstructed view. We saw lots of deer on the road in and there is a nature trail around the park. As far as water views go, 100 & 95 would be my top picks. If you are camping with another RV, there are quite a few combined pull-thrus but if you got one solo and another camper reserved the other, it would be awkward as you are essentially in the same site. Roads are well maintained. We don't use satellite but I see lots of others with them out. AT&T and Verizon worked good, no boosters needed.

It's a very clean place for camping from tent are large motor homes even though it loads of people the campers are respectful towards other campers . Reasonable on the prices.

Lots of people here. We used primitive camp sites and it was impossible to be totally alone and away from everyone else. The hiking trail was ok, but shorter than I would have liked. I saw workers picking up litter, but it is an impossible task. Campers should remember to leave the park better than how they found it. Campers need to take care of the parks they stay in. Campers should also be respectful of others in the parks by keeping quiet at appropriate times.

Nice campground with lake views. You'd expect their bathhouses to be nice as well; however they badly need renovation. The showers are very worn out and yucky looking. Not a good impression. Also, we left our site to go to town and when we returned we were not pleased to find out that someone had moved out chairs and unhooked our hose and put them aside where we couldn't see them when we parked. Not a great experience.
