Pleasantly surprised with this park. Perfect for an overnight, right off I-10 (but because of the bridge over the Atchafalaya, really not much road noise just a rumble in the distance). Sites were mostly back ins, gravel, not overly long, and not overly level. Plenty of space between rigs and lots of area. Pool looked nice, staff was very friendly. Trash picked up at site, and park was very clean. We camped at Frenchman's Wilderness Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

The place is super clean and organized but the cold prickly reception we got from the "I don't make the rules, i just work here employee was less than nice. I had to wait forever it seemed just to get checked in. And finally, 30 dollars for a tent sight? WOW....NO Veteran discount either!

This campground is a gem, hidden in the Bayou. Quiet, peaceful. We will return when in the area. We highly recommend this campground.

Nice park, great people good size, well kept spaces. My husband said the showers were great, just need a bench to but your stuff on. No cable but we had 21 channels on the antenna and no WiFi which we didn't need. I would return and also recommend.

Nice park. Unfortunately as we are handicapped and asked for close to showers we were parked in back to far to walk. Manager was very nice.
