Very nice place. Well kept grounds. They take great pride in the campground. Nice pond with decks for fishing. Great well kept pool. On site laundry a great plus.

A nice campground, clean and quiet. Owners were nice and helpful. The only downside is there is not much to do at the campground itself. You could fish in 9 acre pond. But no extra activities. So if your look for a nice quiet weekend this is your place.

Wonderful place! The owners are fantastic! Lots of full time residents as well as temporary visitors. Has a pool, stocked pond, 2 laundry facilities on site. Wi-fi and cable included in rent as well as all utilities. Animals allowed. Security patrolled by campground and local law enforcement. Small store with grocery and camping supplies located in office.

Clean laundry (didn't use bathrooms). Really nice people. The only drawback was noise: traffic on Frontage Road and on Saturday night there was loud music (that was happening outside the park beyond control of the management). The area is really interesting and I would go back to KOC when in the area.

Owners are very nice and easy to work with. Large crew is busy every day cleaning up and helping campers.
