INRUSH Bicycle Shop

I am lucky to have a bike shop like this in my neighborhood! Staff are very helpful and personable, and the prices are great. They have helped me make repairs to my bike a number of times, and I will keep coming back for the excellent service.

Great bike shop. Went in looking for a bike for the wife. Staff was very knowledgeable and answered every question she had. They were not pushy at all, nor did they try to upsale. Very nice atmosphere with zero pressure. Best bike buying experience ever.

Bought my son a new bike today. The staff could not have been more helpful. They we’re so friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely return for any further bike needs.

Went to INRUSH and my wife fell in love with the Liv Flourish FS 1 and I liked the Giant Cypress DX. We went to another shop and test rode other (even more expensive) top rated brands but we thought nothing compared to the Giant bikes in ride/comfort. To us, if the bikes don't ride great, we won't use them, so we end up wasting our money. Also nothing compared to the customer service, knowledge and genuine friendliness of INRUSH. We thought the prices were reasonable and they were great to buy from. Since we were buying 2 bikes, a carrier, helmets and other gear, they gave us a price break on some items. Nobody else offered that to us. We even asked one store if we could get a discount since we were buying 2 bikes and other pricey items and they said "No". We didn't have to ask at INRUSH, they offered it to us. They weren't pushy in the least and were very kind/patient helping us find the right bikes and gear. We took alot of their time and they didn't act bothered even though they were busy. They even got the bike carrier out of the box and assembled it for us, put it on our car hitch and loaded the bikes (no charge). These people love what they do and it shows in how they relate to their customers. It was refreshing to find such great customer service these days. Our recommendation....get a Giant and get it here! I should tell you we are not related to the owners, nor had we ever met them or been in their shop before this past week. They earned this 5 star review all on their own and I think they would earn a 5 star from you too! Go get your bike there...and ride on!
