Very sad day. I talked with them on the phone 4 times to talk about my needs for surgery. I told them I need to remove a band and I wanted a vertical sleeve. They quoted a price for self pay of 24k. I told them thanks I am checking on prices of others in the area and she asked how that priced compared I told her it was higher than others. 2 days later got a call that she checked with everyone and the surgeons that they would match the price of others in the area I was like great so you will match the removal and the revision for the vertical sleeve. Yes it's been verified she says. So I set up an appointment. I see the Dr. Then the case manager comes in and says the price is 35k I tell her that I was told you would match the price she then tells me I am wrong! I must not of told them about the removal, I was like no we talked a number of times each time I said removal of my band and then do the vertical sleeve... No your wrong she did not know about the removal... Avoid this place it's like a bad used car dealer!

So very super nice, friendly, informative and easy to get an appointment. Called today got appointment in less than two weeks.
