Family owned gym with a welcoming family atmosphere.  The personal trainers are amazing, and all different in helping you reach your goals. Nice lounge area to relax in. Showers available if you need them. The infrared sauna feels amazing after a workout. Even expanded into some cross fit equipment. Don't forget a smoothie when you leave. Many delicious flavors woth sugar free options if needed.

Night time manager very rude. We were staying at the hotel next to the gym and parked using their parking lot because we had a trailer on drag week. Made us all move for no reason and was a complete jerk about the situation.

When me and the wife moved to clinton we decided to check this place out. Not a bad little gym. Good selection of free weights and benches. Price wasn't bad. My only complaint is they have a two person sauna which is over due for an upgrade expecially with how many people want to use it.
