Jeremiah, Reece, Bobby, and Tasha are great! They are very supportive no matter what stage of your fitness journey you are currently in. Everyone at the club is very friendly and it is kept very clean. They have all the weights and machines you would need. Stop in, and share your goals with them and they can help you make them a reality!

I needed motivation and structure last winter to get ready for my spring outdoor work season. Jeremiah Welch at Anytime Fitness in Dubuque helped me do exactly that 3 times a week for 2 months. I went from an age 46 “dad bod” to a much leaner, stronger, more flexible version of me that I was very happy and confident with. He made a customized plan combining 60-70 unique lifts/exercises, he coached me on proper form, posture, and breathing through each one of them, and he modified my sets as needed to accommodate a former toe injury. Small example: I went from doing 3/4 of a pull-up at the start, to 6 pull-ups at the end, and we didn't even work on pull-ups very much. My sessions with him are over now, but I will carry his movement and strength coaching techniques everywhere I go. I can’t recommend him enough because of his skill, professionalism, and positive attitude! My only regret is I didn’t take before/after pics like he suggested.

Tons of equipment to choose from. Convenient location. I like that I can work out on my own or they have personal trainers too.

Good gym for weight lifting. Good variety of equipment and open space for agility drills/aerobics. Lost 2 starts due to out of date treadmill equipment. Brent are old and need to be replaced. There's no grip and it's easy to slip.
