I initially checked this place out to gift a membership to my sister. I’m so glad I did! She’s been with Grit Gym for about a year and is feeling and looking great!! They are absolutely wonderful to her and to me when I come visit. Very knowledgeable, extremely welcoming and caring.

Great people and knowledgeable within the fitness world.  This gym focuses on more than just strength, but learning to strengthen the body as a whole by inheriting muscles that are not used on a daily basis.  Great for physical overall health.

Owner is very pushy! I have expressed my lack of interest in paying for a membership and have asked to no longer be contacted. The owner, Adam, will not stop contacting me asking me to attend events and or work outs. This is the most expensive gym in town. Please stop contacting me.

I've been working with Adam and his staff off and on for 8 years. He's the hardest working fitness/lifestyle coach I've ever known. Wouldn't trust my workout to anyone else.
