My first personal training experience has been working with Carrie these past few months! As a new client who has not put their fitness to the test in this way I appreciate how motivating Carrie is during our sessions. Carrie truly loves her work and each client knows that because she talks about how proud she is of other clients while pumping you up as well. As someone with a medical background I appreciate that Carrie has taken a lot of time to become educated about the human body. With this extra knowledge I can trust that each new exercise is going to be pushing me in the correct way. Throughout our time together AND outside of class Carrie is always checking in to see how I am feeling and she has taken my previous injuries into account while in class. If you’re looking for someone to show you the correct way to get the most out of your at-home or workouts in the gym then I highly suggest starting with Carrie! TL;DR Carrie is an educated professional who is highly motivating and will teach you the correct ways to get your body in motion!
Where do I begin? Carrie brings an impassioned, energetic, totally unique and PERSONAL approach to personal training. And it's personal in every sense. I've worked out with Carrie since 2016, and our regimen and relationship has supported me in infinite ways! I know I'm mind-body-soul-strong because of Carrie and her focus...I'm certain her training got me to, through, and beyond my pregnancy physically and mentally...I'm confident I go through my days and weeks stronger and more able in mind, body, and soul because of her inspiring workouts and words! There is truly no one more dedicated to her craft!
Carrie is a remarkable person. She is so supportive, genuinely cares about your well-being and works so hard to make you a better person, both in the brain and the body. Her first focus is ensuring you are listening to your own body and safely pushing yourself to your limit. She has the best attitude. I have loved knowing her and attending her sessions. I would and do! recommend Carrie to everyone!
I see Carrie for personal training twice a week. I’m not gonna lie, there are some days I just don’t feel like working out, but I haul myself in anyway because I know that EVERY SINGLE TIME I walk out of Carrie’s front door when our session is over, I always feel much better about myself, both mentally and physically. She trains you in both mind and body, and she’s that person telling you that you are capable of doing whatever she intends for you to do. Because she KNOWS the difference when you’re just being a whiny baby and groaning at her, and when you are physically incapable of doing a set. Because she will never ask you to do something you’re not capable of. She has a myriad of movement modifications up her sleeve, because don’t even for a second think you can get out of doing a set. She also doesn’t seem to mind too much at least I hope not if you swear at her midway through a set. I’m quite certain she spends her evenings thinking of new and creative ways to make you suffer. Sorry I meant make you feel that burn in those muscles you never knew existed in your body. I could go on about how great Carrie is as a personal trainer, but what I really wanted to say and what truly shines through in my interactions with her is that Carrie is an awesome human being. She genuinely cares for you. She listens. She writes in to check on you after each session. She’s your personal cheerleader. She cares for the environment and her neighborhood and she reminds me that there is so much in life that we should be grateful for. She is an inspiration to us all.
Carrie is the best trainer. She caters to each of her clients perfectly- and she’s incredibly positive and supportive. I never thought I would look forward to working out, but I’m truly excited to see her every time! She’s great at challenging you and helping you reach your potential, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a healthy and positive change in their lives. Can’t say enough good things.
Carrie is wonderful! She is motivating, approachable, and encouraging. I had never done spin before and Carrie was beyond helpful in answering all of my questions and making sure that I was comfortable. Classes are challenging and fun! It doesn’t get any better than Carrie!
I was introduced to Carrie’s classes through a friend. She is amazing! She is super energetic, passionate, and encouraging. She is constantly reminding you that you are in control and that only you can make yourself better. I would highly recommend taking a class with Carrie!
Carrie is the best. I asked her to help me get into a workout groove that I actually enjoyed without feeling so sore that I never wanted to workout again - and she’s done that! She pushes me to work hard while also allowing me to listen to and trust my body.
I have fallen in love with spin classes! I love how encouraging, motivating, and caring Carrie is. She creates a welcoming, fun environment. She has helped me grow physically and more importantly in mental strength!
