Don’t let the size of this gym fool you, it may be small but it’s results are mighty! This was my first time doing personalized training in a small group setting. Josh Sax, owner & trainer, takes a holistic approach to training incorporating physical activity, nutrition training and positive mental support. The workouts were different every day and I always left feeling energized and sweaty! The atmosphere of the gym is supportive and fun, I’ve met people who inspire me to push myself to do more. I’ve gained strength, knowledge and confidence in myself as a result of working out at Move 360. Thank you Josh Sax!

I highly recommend Josh Sax at Move360 Fitness. He has built an extremely welcoming and encouraging environment for anyone regardless of fitness level. He has the credentials and training to tailor your fitness program specifically to suit your needs, even in a group setting (and even when you don't know what exactly they may be!). With individual and group sessions as well as kickboxing classes, there's something for everyone. Come join our FitFam - your future self will thank you!

I can't say enough great things about Josh and Move360 Fitness. I met Josh a couple of years ago, and it was immediately obvious that he dearly cares for his clients and will do everything in his power to make sure they get the results they are looking for. If you haven't made it in to Move360 for a workout, I highly recommend you do ASAP. Great Staff, Great Service, and Super Clean Facility.

I have been working with Josh Sax at Move360 for about 10 months and it has been a great experience. Josh is very enthusiastic, personable, and very knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition. Having worked out on my own for years before starting at Move360, I've seen far better results after training with Josh. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to improve their fitness.

Training at Move360 has made a huge difference! I can't believe I wasted so much time on elliptical machines, making no progress whatsoever. I started training with Josh a little less than two years ago -- I've lost weight, decreased body fat, gained strength, and improved my diet. The workouts are always challenging and never get boring. Thank you Josh!
