Willow Creek CrossFit has been a life changer for me. The mental/physical challenge, the welcoming environment, and awesome coaches have made such a phenomenal impact on me. Such an amazing and inspiring gym that I feel lucky to call my own. Thank you, WCCF!!!

Each one of the coaches is truly invested in ensuring that each gym member reaches their personal goals. They review proper form and help to scale movements to an individual's ability, which almost eliminates the potential for injury. On the flip side, they push you when you are ready to progress. The members are all very supportive and make for a great community:

Within the first week of joining the gym I met every trainer and owner. The workouts are tough, but you are always encouraged to scale to your level. It is a very welcoming environment and membership prices are extremely competitive. I would recommend WCC to anyone.

This gym is wonderful. I have a great experience every time I go. The coaches are wonderful and my workouts are scaled to my needs. I feel at home here and I love working out here!

This gym is amazing! The staff is great; the staff is incredibly helpful and attentive. The workouts are custom-tailored to my skill level. These guys are awesome. :)
