Being in the health and wellness industry has made me  skeptical about many personal trainers, if they do not know as much or more than me, then I will not give them a chance. After talking with Albert & David about their philosophy and about the body, I realized they actually DO know about kinesiology and I decided to try a month. It's been 9 months now and I love coming here. My flexibly is better after old sports injuries, I am stronger, and injury free. They are professional, knowledgeable, have integrity, and I can trust them with my body and health.

Working with Albert and David has been amazing. These guys know what they are doing in the gym and this has helped get me back in shape, and achieve things that I didn't think I could! anyone looking to get in better shape should start here!

I  have  been  a member  for 9 months. Albert  and  David have  exceeded all my expectations . They  have helped me  reach  goals I never  thought I would  conquer. They help  me  with my  form  and technique  in anything I 'm  doing .  They have  also guided  me  in  making  lifestyle changes  in the  kitchen .
