I previously attended Kosama when they first opened and had a great experience here. I've recently started to attend again and it's just as great as before! The staff are all extremely friendly & helpful. The class sizes tend to vary depending on when you attend. And the classes themselves range in type/activities greatly so it's not so monotonous as other fitness programs. They do offer a week trial if you're looking to try things out, and I'd highly recommend doing so if you're thinking about. Great place to get yourself into shape!
