Isabel Donnelly Bridal Alterations

Not once, but twice Isabel has saved me with both my own wedding dress and a bridesmaid dress. With all the craziness of planning my wedding, getting my dress altered slipped my mind. She took me on last minute, and made sure it was perfect for my big day. Two years later she saved me when I was a bridesmaid and my dress needed some help. Such a sweet and caring woman, with so much talent!

Came to Isabel for an "Estimate" on my daughters wedding dress. She pinned and tucked to get Ideas and said it would be 1200$. As my daughter was in the dressroom changing out of her dress.... Isabel said that there was a 35$ charge for the estimate... When I called to set up the appointment she made No Mention about the 35.00$ charge... she said it was on her website....Did not see on website.... I did pay her to avoid a scene..... I did call her the following day to see how much would she charge just for the bodice of the dress. She told me that this dress would be too much work for her.... It must be nice to turn away business. I do question her integrity and ethics....and feel lied to about the 35.00$ charge. Buyer Beware.

the BEST! she's so kind and professional, literally bomb customer service! twas a few days before the wedding and my bridesmaid dress did not fit but Ms. Isabel is such a blessing and worked her magic in one day!

I'm going to wear my mother's wedding dress for my own. When I initially tried it on, it was too small. Isabel took some fabric from the train and let the dress out a bit with that fabric, and it turned out wonderful. You can't even tell where the alterations were made, everything is so seamless. I'm very much looking forward to wearing this dress on my wedding day. I would encourage anyone who needs any alterations done to go to Isabel. It was well worth the money.

Isabel altered my wedding dress for me. She did a beautiful job in a bit of a rush in the middle of summer and she got it done on time. You can tell that Isabel really cares about her clients and takes a lot of pride in the quality of her work. I felt very comfortable putting my dress in Isabel's hands. I would highly recommend her.
