Natasha Alterations

DO NOT TRUST THE GOOD REVIEWS. There’s a sign in her workspace that offers money off your total if you leave a good review. I called her ahead of time and a man answered the phone. I told him I wanted a corset back added to my dress and I wanted the length shortened a bit because it was a bit long. The gentleman on the phone said it would only be $30. That should’ve been my clue that this was too good to be true. I get to her house/shop and describe to her what I want. She tells me it’ll be $100. I didn’t mind this because the dress has beading so it would take more work than probably anticipated. She takes my measurements and I leave, hopeful. I picked up my dress today and I was horrified. Instead of adding the corset back, she just took a majority of the back out of the dress. I tried it on and noticed that the length of the dress had not been adjusted, which confused me because I saw her take the measurements needed to do so. I ended up paying her the $100 and leaving with the dress because I have little time before prom and it’s too late to fix the back. I feel duped.

I took my daughter’s prom dress to Natasha a month before prom and she gave us a 2 week turnaround. When we went to pink up the dress it was gorgeous, she did everything she said she would do. Really nice lady and is very good at what she does. I will definitely keep using Natasha for all my alterations. Her prices are very resonable and you won’t be disappointed. Don’t let the house and language barrier discourage you. She understands and will deliver what you ask for.

Natasha will or disappoint. She is a very talented seamstress. She recovered a coffee table pad that was so great I took a leap of faith and had her make custom window treatments in coordinating fabric. And four sofa pillows to match the coffee table. I can’t tell you how beautiful my living room is. Flawless workmanship. Very reasonable cost. And she is a sweetheart. I’m so glad I found her!!

Natasha did a great job and last minute. I walked in to get my bridesmaid's dress altered. I was out in 30 minutes. 5 star service and price rates.

Lovely woman! She did a wonderful job hemming my prom dress. Her English isn't perfect but don't let that worry you at all. She knows exactly what she's doing and she'll do a great job!
