Not quite up to the hype. While they did confirm their appointment, the guy ended up being 20 minutes late and made no apology for that. This would not be a huge deal except for the $39 to look at your problem (and $99 if it's after-hours), which means if you work normal business hours -- as I do -- then you either have to take time off work or lose time on your workday in order to accommodate them. Nevertheless, once he arrived he was otherwise helpful and friendly. I'm still debating whether or not to use Ivitt's.

Charlie came took care of all issues. Very professional. Any question I had, he had an answer for. Definitely will call next time I need something done!

Couldn't be more satisfied with the service we received. From the owners personally calling us at midnight to check on our situation to Charlie, who was the man on the scene; our horrible situation was made bearable. I will recommend Ivitts Plumbing to anyone. Very much appreciate what they did for us and our home. Thank you so much!!!

Great job done in the kitchen and 1st bathroom! His choice of faucets in the 3rd bathroom was surprisingly in line with our taste! He was thorough, punctual, professional and personal.
