Jefferson's Restaurant

Really unsatisfied after last night. The waitress had no idea what to do and hardly paid attention to us. We waited for an hour on our dinner and when we got it, it was all wrong. Ordered hot wings and got chicken tender bites. After telling the waitress she took the food back to the kitchen where they apparently told her they were not going to remake the food or replace the order. She brought it back and basically starred at us with her hands up as if to say "take it or leave it". We usually get a timer but did not this time so we had no "proof" of time keeping, but ended up waiting over an hour to leave empty handed, without eating anything at all. Such a waste of time and patience. Very, very upset about how rude the workers and manager seemed. I have been twice before this and never had this issue with the food/service until now. Makes me wonder about going back.

Had graduation party for my daughter. Our two waitresses done an AWESOME job keeping up with our party of 26. Nice banquet room to hold small event. I made a slide show and put it on the big TV . Food was awesome service was awesome. If you need a room for a small get together, this is the place. We even "left 40 minutes"past closing time and didn't get no complaints or attitudes, at least we couldn't tell if they were. Didn't cost a thing to reserve the room either. Will definitely be back. Their "Double Dipped wings" are cooked right, not overcooked and hard like another in Gadsden. Thanks Jeffersons of Albertville for use of your room for our graduation party, keep it up. You defiantly got some return visits from us in the near future.

Had the chicken sandwich. Was so hard and crispy, I had a hard time biting a chunk out of it. The fried mushrooms also looked like they were fried for far too long, nearly a dark brown. When I came home my stomach was growling and I had diarrhea. Turns out at the restaurant someone had thrown up in the bathrooms, and the bathrooms were dingy as well. I won't say stay away, but I will say take your chances when coming here. I won't be back however. I've only been to one Jeffersons in my life, which is this location, and after three days you lost a permanent customer.

Slow service, servers acting like they were frustrated to refill our glasses, the food was sub par at best (I cook better at home), took ages for the food to come out and the gravy was far too salty and had a rancid flavor to it. Fried mushrooms and chicken sandwhich were .. well let's say the mushrooms were overcooked and mushy and the chicken sandwhich was so hard it was next to impossible to eat. Sick now. Bathrooms were filthy and the manager stated someone was throwing up in the bathroom. So someone was eating the food there and got sick from it while there and vomited. Shut this place down. Calling the health department in the morning. Also called the manager this evening. She just hung up on me rather than taking a legitimate complaint. Listen here chick, you can't handle a valid complaint about the food making your customers ill, you don't need to be a manager. YOU'RE GOING TO KILL SOMEONE!

Food is usually always good, but the service is usually always bad. Whether you're picking up your food or eating there, the service is slow. One time there, I never saw the waiter after getting my food. Never got a refill of my drink. It's always young people working. I don't think they understand what customer service is about. Yes they have to gain work experience somewhere, but they need better training.
