Ruby Tuesday

Great service. The food was good. There was trouble with my steak, but the manager worked with us and got things fixed and even gave us a free dessert/didn't charge for the steak. So, I won't take away for that. My only problem here, when you go into a restaurant in a wheelchair, is it not obvious that a table is needed? I mean, maybe not... But it was like the hostess couldn't figure out where to sit us because of me being in a wheelchair. I just feel like that needs to be addressed. The salad bar is awesome. The "fall cake" is so good!!!

Our server was very nice but the restaurant was very busy and the salad bar was a mess. Had to ask for salad dressing up be restocked. Someone was restocking some items. I've never seen the salad bar in that disarray. When our food arrived our steaks ordered medium where we'll done. We ordered sour cream and butter on the side. Our potatoes had residue of both and no the server said they put that on the potatoes so I just scooped it out there were little bowls with the scooped out sour cream and butter mixtures??? He said I could have asked for new baked potatoes but it would have took another 30 mins. The desert was good but a mess on the plate. We like Ruby Tuesday's and usually have a good experience.Last evening just wasn't one of them. I also would like to mention the no bread factor at your restaurant sometimes detours us from eating there. The tiny biscuits you were not the ticket either.Most restaurants offer some wonderful hot breads with the meal.

I was kinda disappointed in our visit. I ordered the double decker chicken with a loaded baked potato and the garden bar. The garden bar was well stocked and everything looked and tasted fresh. My chicken was perfect and delicious. My baked potato tasted good but they were very skimpy on the butter, sour cream, and cheese. My husband ordered the Cajun ribeye and it was bland. His baked potato was also pretty skimpy and his Caesar salad was decent. The service was extremely slow and the restaurant was not very crowded. Our waitress never refilled our Waters and it took a long time to get everything. The table next to ours even had to ask us for our ketchup because she never brought theirs out. My husband's steak was almost cold by the time he got his steak sauce. Overall I would maybe return, but hopefully the service will be better.

A good 2 for $24.99 special. Very filling.....and their salad bar was included. Fresh ingredients....staff kept it stocked without having to wait.

Delicious meal. My husband and I had the ribs. As always, they were tender and very flavorful. I like their BBQ sauce. The waiter was attentive to our tea glasses. Your tip depends on whether my tea glass stays full. I'm still disappointed they don't have the cheese biscuits but it won't keep me away.
