Kona Grill - Huntsville

The food is good. We have been several times mow, and every time has been well prepared. Prices average around $20 per plate. When the wife and I go we end up leaving with around a $100 bill. That includes adult drinks, app, dinners, and often a dessert to split! Service can be hit or miss. Have had servers that we loved have had some that should probably find other professions. Bar makes good drinks over all but is reliably slow. Oh and the sushi is great! Always fresh! In short a good place. We continue to keep it in the rotation.

Overall had a great experience here. I could see myself coming here for dinner before movies and such in Bridge street. Food was really tasty. A little pricey and our waiter was slow to say the least. Still, the atmosphere and food would make me come back. Recommend the Earl Grey Old Fashioned, interesting take on a classic.

We HIGHLY recommend this restaurant - we come here regularly. Jordan is the absolute best server - request him for genuine and friendly service. He goes above and beyond to take care of his guests. Matt, the service manager, also takes great care of his team and guests. The Chopped Salad is my favorite - I order it every time and eat every last bite of it. There aren't a lot of late night options in Bridge Street so we appreciate their late hours. Will continue to patronize this establishment happily!

The rolls were good. Drinks good. Service good. Took a while to get seated without reservations. Compared to good west coast sushi, it is behind. But for something in Alabama it was good. It is a bit expensive for the amount of food and it is a rather casual atmosphere. Friendly staff was maybe a bit overly friendly, but southern hospitality is just different than northern chit chat.

This is one of the best dining experiences I have ever had. The GM greeted us at the door while we looked over the menu. His friendly, professional demeanor, and descriptions of some menu items won us over. Kona Grill is visually stunning with its upscale decor and the food was absolutely delicious! Ashley our server, recommended some great choices for us, that were superb. Although we were visiting from out of town, we were treated like we were local celebrities! And then it occurred to me... isn't that the esscence of Hospitality? This was an experience we won't soon forget! Thanks Kona Grill.
