On March 29, 2018 I found my home in Tallahassee. Thanks to Lindsey Begue and Jordan Lamb for providing nonstop, attention to detail searches for the ideal house. The search began more than two years ago and Lindsey has been 100% responsive and connected to the process. Because of her experience living in Tallahassee, I was comfortable with her feedback regarding places to live in town. I'm grateful to the team that consisted of attorney's office staff and other Realtors who made closing on this house a reality. On May 3rd, I closed on the house and have since met my new neighbors who have embraced me into the community. Thank you.

I don't feel there is a better Real Estate agent than Jason Madsen!! I recently sold my home after listing it with him and the transaction was seamless. He took care of EVERYTHING that needed to be done to close the transaction and kept me informed the whole time. Jason is a very positive, energetic, and accomplished young man. He knows his stuff and works tirelessly to help you achieve the end result. His enthusiasm is above most and I will definitely use him in the future. He will also be my referral to everyone. I know they won't be disappointed!!

Wow, my wife and I just purchased our first home, and I have to say, that these guys truly did more than an outstanding job. Kevin, Cate, Cay and the whole team truly simplified the process for us and made it easy! From sitting down with us months before we were ready to buy, to linking us up with our excellent loan officer Mitch Wright that helped us navigate the financing aspect of buying our home, all the way through closing. What made it so easy was that whenever we had a question, big or small, they were only a phone call or a text away. I honestly could not recommend these guys enough and would gladly recommend them to anyone and everyone. I don't plan on moving again anytime soon, but when I do, I'll be giving Kevin and the rest of the team a call to help me find the next one!

Let me start by saying I have never had better a better experience in buying a home thanks to the Joe Manausa Real Estate Group. Starting with Ean , Kevin and Ashley, and Marcus, they all made our experience such a pleasant one. Kevin showed us the different neighborhoods and listened to our responses. Since either my husband or myself had ever been to Tallahassee, we needed guidance and good information. We then meet Marcus and things started clicking. He knew his business and was a really nice guy. He went above and beyond to help us find our home. We will be forever singing their praises and will recommend Joe Manausa Real Estate to everyone.

I owned a home in Tallahassee, Florida and live in Maryland. I selected Joe Manausa to sell my home and overall, the experience could have been a lot better. They facilitated a mail away sale which was helpful and coordinated with my renter, but their motivation seemed all about getting a fast sale and minimizing their work, than actually earning their commission by providing responsive customer service. Specifically, since I had no idea how "hot" the market was, I wanted to price my house high to start, but my agent convinced me to price it lower than I desired. Not surprising, the house sold within a few days, even though I was in no hurry to sell it (and had made this clear to the selling agent) and was happy to wait to make $5-15K more. Also, I requested a reduced commission since I was military and my house had almost zero equity after over 10 years owning the home. They agreed to 5.5%, but demanded to split the reduction with the listing agent (which have made them less willing to show the home), which I didn't want (I requested the selling agent take the entire .5% reduction). He also said I would lose some of the features of their marketing, pushing me to going with 6% (which clearly wasn't necessary given how quickly the house sold). I also requested to see the buyer's appraisal, which he said I wasn't authorized to have and he wasn't willing to request. He was also very slow to communicate with me, if he contacted me at all, during significant activities in my home sale, requiring me to continually ask questions and ask for updates. When the house was finally sold, I received a mere "Congratulations, your house sold" text, and NOTHING else from the realtor...all communication was cut off even though I'd just made them over $7K. This reinforces my perspective of poor overall customer interaction, primary focus on quick sales and average or worse overall service and value for my money. I would NOT use Manausa again and recommend others tread carefully with this company.
