Virga Realty is just amazing. We didn't think we could purchase a home but when we met Joey and Gerarg Virga, they worked diligently to show us what we needed to do to be prepared to purchase, then after completing our part, they connected us to a lender who is also just as amazing as they worked together and came up with information that put us over the top and into the purchasing process. We had been told in the past by other companies that we were not eligible for the type of loan we needed, however, with these two companies working together, they showed us we were eligible and they got right on it. Joey and Gerard spent many months, helping us make the right choices, showing us houses and talking on the phone at anytime and fought all the way when we didn't know how to. They had our back from start to finish and never once were we let down. They are personable, professional, friendly and now our friends! I fully recommend using Virga Realty for your home purchasing needs.

I started working with Joey about 2 years ago just to get an idea of what I need to have in place when we get ready to purchase a home. He was great and understood where we were at. Once we were ready, He set up scheduled viewings and went back and forth to many properties sometimes 3 times just to be sure, Gerard was amazing as he wanted to be sure that any contract we bid was in our favor, had us covered under as many ways possible, he even went to personally check out one home we kept returning to, but thanks to his efforts, we avoided a huge catastrophe! We are now working on another home more suitable to our needs and while it has not closed yet as we are in the beginning phase of process, I feel more than confidant that Gerard, Joey and Virga realty were the best choice for us! They were available at all hours (which I didn't mean to but had to) but he jumped on my request and made it happen, so I will also say Thanks to their family members who put up with all our questions and needs! I highly recommend Virga Realty!

Joey and Gerard are excellent to work with. Myself and many of my friends and family depend on them for our Real Estate needs. They have such a great amount of knowledge when it comes to real estate and taught me so much that I didn't even know existed. If you are in the Panama City area and you are looking to buy or sell use these guys. I highly recommend them!

Virga Realty is top notch!! If you are looking to buy a house they will be there right along with you through the entire process. Always available for questions or phone calls. Joey and Gerard are a great father and son team who know the buying process very well! Not only did we find a great realtor we walked away with great friends as well.
