Chris kept us up to date on everything and made sure we knew what was going on every step of the way. Joe and the team have a solid plan behind getting homes shown to the right people, and getting them sold! They make the entire process easy for all people involved! The home buying and selling process can be so difficult to navigate, and we are incredibly thankful to have these guys by our side making sure everything was taken care of the way it needed to be. I could not imagine doing it without them and so thankful for their time and hard work. Joshua Smith hit a grand slam on the purchase of our dream home. His work ethics are beyond outstanding. Our purchase was not an easy one &Joshua was always there in any way with kindness, understanding we never felt like a burden . He went above and beyond for us from finding this gorgeous home to helping us move in.If you need a realtor in anyway Joshua Smith is the man you want.

Stay away from this company. They are the property management firm for a residential property I lease. They are horrible. One week for a response to needed repairs we informed them about. There are still repairs that are incomplete from when we moved in 7 months ago. Before we moved in, they addressed what concerns we had by telling us not to worry, that they would take care of everything. They were of little use whenever we asked specific questions such as property boundaries, pool mantainece etc. Worse, much of what they told us proved to be inaccurate. We were assigned a “go to person” at the firm for any issues, repairs needed and concerns that came up regarding the property. About 2 months after we moved in the A/C failed. I left multiple messages for that person over the course of the following week, none of which were returned. Come to find out, that person was no longer with the company. Had we been properly informed of her leaving and the contact information for the agent assigned to our residence, we wouldn’t have waited a week before talking to someone about the A/C who could get things in motion. Again, I can’t stress enough to beware and avoid when it comes to Home Run Reality. You will be wasting your money if you don’t.

Cynthia from Fitzpatrick Real Estate Group, who was bought out by Home Run Realty is great! She was inviting and laid back and was always available. She navigated us through renting our first home and we couldn't have asked for a better helping hand. She made our rental property experience a breeze and we would recommend her to anyone! Home Run Realty seems like a great company as well, but they really need to work on their customer service! Phone conversations with this company is a night mare. Cranky women!
