I got Bonnie Coakley's name from a friend in Denver. I was hesitant considering a big move across country and Bonnie was literally the only one that I "knew" in Orlando. What a great experience. She was very open, honest and knowledgeable and was able to intuit what I was looking for, even when I wasn't sure myself! She is patient, funny as can be, and just a pleasure to work with. Cindy was very helpful in the purchasing of my first home. Since I have never looked at or purchased homes before I wasn't sure what to expect or what to do. Cindy was helpful in finding listings tailored to my specifications. She was also very patient as I looked at over 10+ homes before I decided to put in an offer. She was excellent during the negotiation process to get me the best deal. The rest of the loan process can be a bit unnerving especially with first time home buyer programs, but she helped me save $18,000 and made it easy! Highly recommended agent!
