Mary Lou Stancil has been excellent!! From the day we signed the contract, she has shown so many people our house. Our first offer fizzled , but the next week we had an offer in hand. We will close in 12 days. I chose Mary Lou because there are lots of homes in our area for sale, the only one I saw with a "Sale Pending" sign was one of Mary Lou's. Mary Lou has been on the ball, great with suggestions, and very responsive. Best Realtor I have ever had!

Ann Van De Veer is very rude and extremely unprofessional. She works in cahoots with a certain seller's listing agent in hopes to split the commission cost without the seller's knowledge (conflict of interest and unethical). My husband and I went to look at a property near the Villages, and did not understand why the listing agent (Mary Lou) brought a random realtor with her (Ann) from the same real estate office (ERA Grizzard). We had specifically contacted the listing agent in order to avoid other realtors. However, Ann attempted to force us into hiring her as our agent, and tried to get us into a bogus contract with her partner (Lia May) in hopes to collect our earnest money (deposit) all up front, and stated the seller had the right to continue to show the property, and keep our thousands of dollars if the loan didn't go through. Once, we introduced our own realtor, Ann began to harass us for days, and told our realtor off over the phone. Note, she brought her husband to the showing which was strange, and as she presented the home to us; she released gas numerous times. With no respect, she'd call/text us at midnight hours. This experience was absolutely horrible for us. I would "NOT" recommend doing business with Ann Van De Veer, Lia May, or Mary Lou at ERA Grizzard.

Julie Townsend from ERA is very professional and helpful throughout the buying process. She is a pleasure to deal with. My wife and I have used her twice now to purchase our last two homes. In addition, my daughter and her husband are relocating to this area and we gave them Julie’s contact information for them to utilize her, with their home search. I would recommend her to anyone purchasing a home in this area. Julie is a true real estate professional.

We were very pleased with Scott Hubbard's patience and professionalism in working with us. We planned our cross country relocation for a few years and when the time came to make it happen Scott was there for us. He is very knowledgeable of the area he is representing and sealed the deal for us in no time at all. We would recommend Scott to anyone.

My agent Mary Lou S was outstanding. She worked hard at making the sale of my property happen. The new buyers and I were happy with the results and professionalism from start to finish.
