We truly cannot say enough good things about Tara Moore. She is awesome!! She was with us from the minute we decided to build a new home all the way through closing. She helped us sell our old home and then remained with us every step of the way through our build, which had many, many delays & hiccups. She was always available to us and she was quick to respond and/or find a resolution to any issue. Through her experience and the professional manner which she conducts herself, she kept us calm and focused through a stressful build. There are nothing but good words to say about my experience with Tara. She is very professional, thorough and personable. She was there every step of the way to ensure that I understood the process being that it was my first home purchase and in the moments when I was frustrated with my builder - she would find a way to reassure me things would work out. Her attention to detail and caring spirit is very evident. Tara was fully invested in this overall experience and was always available via phone, text, or in person when I needed her. She was present at every appointment with my builder/lender and followed up timely when needed. I am so thankful she discovered an appraisal error and worked closely with the builder/lender to make it right prior to closing, which was a tight timeline. Though the new home build process was very stressful due to many unexpected outcomes solely driven by my builder, if it were not for Tara, I would not have felt as empowered in this scenario. Tara is genuinely invested and wanted to ensure I was pleased along the way. When it is time to sell, I already know who I will call. I highly recommend her for any real estate needs!! Tara has helped us sell and buy a home over the last couple years and both times she has been AMAZING! She has always been responsive, upfront, and 100% dedicated. Tara has the ability to read you as clients and knows if you like something or not right away, this sure helps when looking at properties. She is ok if it takes 3 minutes or 30 to look at a property. We received daily notifications of new houses on the market and ones with price changes. This is great when you don’t have tons of time to do research on your own. I can’t begin to express how warm, welcoming and friendly Tara is. She made us feel like friends from the first minute. Not only did we find the PERFECT house for us and our 3 dogs (huge yard) we walked away with a lifelong friend. The first, best decision you can make is choosing Tara! Thanks again for all your hard work.

Choosing Tara to both sell and buy our new home was the best decision we could have made. We sold our home after 4 days on the market for over asking! So many steps of this process could have become impossible but thanks to Tara, she was able to get us our dream home and coordinate double closings on the same day! Tara really went to bat for us in all scenarios of this process and we are so appreciative! Highly recommend to anyone in the Orlando area looking for a realtor to sell or buy a home!

There truly are not enough wonderful things I can say about our experience with Tara Moore. She assembled a dream team to help us sell our first home and buy our forever home. Her professionalism and experience was evident throughout our entire experience, and there is no one else I would have rather had by my side. There is absolutely nothing Tara can't handle, and she does it so gracefully that we never worried for a second about anything. I can't say enough how grateful we are to have Tara as our partner in this transaction. I only regret that we will not be moving anytime soon because it was such a pleasure to work with her!
