Rafael was recommended to me by a good friend and now I am the one recommending him. I was looking for a realtor like Raf. Someone who could be patient with me, but also get things done. Although he had other clients, he always found a way to make me feel like a priority. He’s just great! And I love my home : )

Rafael was extremely helpful in our search for a new home here in the local area. He was the only realtor to contact us directly via telephone at the beginning of the house search process to offer his services. He went above and beyond to show us every single house we wanted to look at (and some multiple times at our request) until we found the perfect home for us. He kept us in the loop every step of the way during the contract phase and facilitated a smooth and easy closing. It has been an extreme pleasure to work with Rafael, and one would have to search far and wide to find a more friendly and professional realtor. A real gem - we highly recommend Rafael!

My husband and I decided to buy a house because we did not want to rent anymore and finally decided to settle in lakeland after moving 4 times in the past 7 years. I was researching realtors in the area and came across Live FL Realty and was impressed with their reviews so I decided to give them a call to start our house hunt. Nikki was the 1st person I spoke with and she immediately struck me as a knowledgeable, kind, helpful person. Nikki ended up being the agent we worked with during the course of our house hunt and she is truly amazing! Nikki was always able to answer any questions we had regarding the houses we looked at, and she was always extremely flexible with my last minute requests to look at a house. Once we had decided on the home we wanted, she was very helpful in guiding us on putting in our offer and what the next steps in the process were. As 1st time home buyers, my husband and I had many questions and Nikki was always able to answer them for us. I honestly can’t say enough about how great Nikki is, and we plan on referring all of our friends in family who are looking to sell or purchase a home to her. Thank you so much Nikki!!!

Live Florida helped me buy my home 4 years ago and just helped me sell it as well. Casey and his team are the best I've ever worked with. Not only did they sell my house as is, with me still living in it. But they did it in about 3 days and well over asking price.

Casey was great to work with. The pictures, video, and 3D mapping of our home was very professionally done. Responses to our inquiries were promptly handled by Casey. When he wasn’t available, everyone on the team stepped in to help. He helped us negotiate the terms of the sale and walked us through the whole process. We definitely would recommend using the Live Florida Realty Group if you are looking to buy or sell your home.
