Katrina accepted a somewhat difficult assignment locating and finding the perfect first home for our daughter Anne and Marine son-in-law Keith while they lived in NY! Katrina did an excellent job over several Home searches; listening carefully and locating “best fit” requirement. Everyone in our family especially appreciated the video chats of homes which helped Anne and Keith decide which homes were better than others. Now that is exceptional customer service!!! Katrina was totally and effectively involved in the whole real estate process. Frederick Franks made my home purchase so easy and helpful!! This was my first home and he was always available and on his phone constantly and was super quick with updates! Always provided positive feedback! He truely goes out of his way to make the buyers purchase easy and underwhelming! Would definetly recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy a home! He is realtor but shortly becomes a great friend in the process!!

We, my wife, Debbie, and I, consider it a privilege to write a review for Fred Franks, our realtor when we relocated to Ocala. As we began our search for our new home, we contacted many realtors. Fred Franks is the only one who responded. We told him what we wanted: size, price and location. After many visits to homes, Fred showed us just what we wanted. Wonderful. Not only, did he find the home we wanted, he has a wealth of knowledge about Ocala. He provided us with the name and number of folks who could help us with some changes we wanted to make to our new home. Fred continues to stay in contact and is always willing to help us. Great service! We moved from Missouri to Florida, and it was seamless. Mr. Franks sent multiple videos of listings, as well as a final walk through video of the home we purchased. He was there for us every step of the way. As a veteran, going through the VA home loan process was easy with Mr. Franks.
